Women are often the emotional anchors of families and communities, but this emotional labour can come at a cost. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed trying to juggle all of your competing roles, struggling with your identity or self-esteem, coping with past trauma, or facing major life transitions, your wellbeing matters and I am here to support you.
