Becoming a new parent can be an overwhelming and isolating time, even if you have multiple children. I work to support parents through this transition, from mental, physical, and hormonal changes, relationship dynamics, or routine disruption. I am trained in various modalities to support you through whatever difficulties may arise during pregnancy and after birth.
Trauma can completely alter the way you interact with the world and see yourself. It can feel all encompassing but, with support, you can heal and build the life that you want to live. I use a combination of talk therapy, somatic processing, and exposure to support you in processing and healing from trauma.
Living with anxiety is exhausting and overwhelming. Anxiety can convince you to shrink your life and experiences without your consent. I can support you to better understand anxiety and respond to it in order to take back control of your life. I will support you to identify your goals for living a full life and walk with you through the process of change.
